Akrata is a ground-up residential development by 5785 Property Group - a five-bedroom, double-storey home designed around a Mediterranean minimalist philosophy. The project draws its name from the Greek word for pure, reflecting the restrained material palette and deliberate simplicity at its core.
Set on a P-class reactive clay site in the heart of Gledswood Hills, AKRATA pairs engineered screw pile foundations with a refined selection of natural finishes - Italian Travertine stone, Breccia Roma marble, and whitewashed oak joinery. A curved facade wall clad in slim-format Lohas brick in vertical stack bond anchors the street presence, while interior volumes open toward generous outdoor living.
